Welcome to Worry-Free Billing ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). By using our website, platform, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy (together, the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.


Part I — Terms & Conditions

1. Proprietary Rights

  • Worry-Free Billing is a brand of HestiaHelp Inc. All rights to the brand name, platform, associated services, intellectual property, and related materials are owned and reserved by HestiaHelp Inc.
  • All content, software, business processes, and intellectual property are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our platform for internal business purposes.
  • You must not copy, reverse-engineer, or build competing products using our services.

2. Service Scope

Our platform provides:

  • Automated billing & subscription management
  • Tax compliance automation
  • Dunning management (payment recovery)
  • Transparent dashboards & reporting

We may update, enhance, or discontinue features at our discretion.

3. Subscription & Payment

  • Plans include Weekly, Monthly, and Annual platform subscriptions.
  • Weekly access begins with a 7-day free trial; after the trial, billing continues on a weekly cadence at the current rate published in your account dashboard.
  • Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically on their respective billing cycles. Charges are processed using the payment method on file at the prevailing rate.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing period. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
  • Prices exclude applicable taxes, which may be added where required by law.
  • Late payment or failed collections may result in account suspension until the balance is cleared.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You must not upload malicious code, attempt to breach security, or misuse the platform.
  • Accounts suspected of abuse or illegal activity may be suspended or terminated.

5. Service Availability & Updates

  • We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but availability may vary due to maintenance or factors outside our control.
  • Core functionality may evolve as we improve the platform.
  • We will provide reasonable notice for major updates or downtime when feasible.

6. Third-Party Services

  • We may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, tax engines).
  • Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
  • We are not responsible for third-party liabilities or service disruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding a claim.
  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, policy violations, or legal compliance.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; refunds are governed by your plan terms.
  • Sections that reasonably should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be handled in Delaware courts or through arbitration where applicable.

10. Customer Relationships

  • Worry-Free Billing is a billing infrastructure platform only.
  • We enable our users ("Platform Users") to manage subscriptions, invoices, taxes, and dunning for their own customers.
  • We do not set, review, or control what Platform Users charge their customers. All pricing, product claims, refunds, customer support, or disputes between Platform Users and their customers are the responsibility of the Platform User.
